What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, I usually add an extra 15-30 minutes for their hair appointment, for consultant and some hair does take longer than others.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Bachelors of Fine Art as a fashion design and merchandising for before I achieved my Master of Cosmetologist license in 2005
