A client has had nightmare haircuts . She cried in my chair with tears of joy ! I Listened to her and did NOT Cut all her hair off . She was terrified to get a cut . She was SO Happy !

I do like when people bring in pictures , but if your hair is completely different from the pictures that needs to be discussed.
