Stage Factor

Stage Factor is a Chicago, Illinois–based events and entertainment studio specializing in turnkey entertainment design, immersive themes, and event production. Founded over 15 years ago by Kaja Stiglic, a performer with roots in Slovenia’s arts and film community, the company brings experience in dance, choreography, directing, and producing to every project.

Stage Factor builds customized live experiences using a robust network of entertainment professionals and in-house resources. Offerings include interactive and live acts, living decor, aerial servers, strolling tables, champagne couture, custom creations, food and beverage presentations, and full production support. The studio produces themed environments across a wide range of styles, including Gatsby & Speakeasy, Enchanted Garden, Futuristic, Winter Wonderland, Circus, Alice in Wonderland, Studio 54, and Halloween.

With an emphasis on planning precision and detail, Stage Factor manages concept development through execution and scales to events of varying sizes. The team integrates cultural and creative elements to deliver cohesive, immersive experiences for brands, venues, and private clients.
