Education, explaining the process. Ms. Wallace also helps you care for your hair in between appointments. My color has been flawless and Ive experienced no breakage or damage. She also hairs about the hair, so if I dont need heat, she WONT DO IT! I pout, but my hair is long and healthy. Highly recommend
