What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well the first we do is talk on the phone then we can plan a face to face visit where we can discuss your reception in detail, we give you an information packet to fill out so we can review it together so your reception is planned in detail from announcements to dinner music to kicking off the events for the reception. So as you can see we have everything covered in detail with our customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been entertaining clients for over 25years and I have a sound engineering degree from SIU Carbondale that allows me to better hear my sound and give you the best quality possible.

The prices I quote my customers is for unlimited time which means you can start and finish whenever you like to and it can include ceremony sound you get the best service for your dollar
How did you get started in this business?
I started working for another DJ company for several years and while doing so I was buying and building my own sound equipment so I could start up my own business plus I have always had an ear for music.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with bride and grooms, graduation parties, proms, high schools with the principal to do dances, I have mc several events where I have worked with big names officials, I have provided sound for bands and different venues.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The biggest event I am fond of was doing sound for a week long 150th celebration for the city of Anna Illinois providing sound for bands, performances, plays, talent show, and church service.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure we can answer all your questions in detail and what kind of sound we can offer plus if lighting comes with the package bundle.
