What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a intial Consultation to discuss the clients desires. Then I meet with my team we create our dream board and create a profile for a client. We have a flow up meeting with the client to present and discuss next steps. We confirm the date and require a deposit to hold the clients date.
