Bambou Salons & Spas is an exciting new brand of salons and spas founded in 2016, and based in Kansas City, Missouri. We believe in taking care of our team so they can take care of our guests, which is why we adopted a set of core values.
We feel truly lucky to work alongside such talented stylists, estheticians, and nail technicians, and we are always grateful for their experience, wisdom, and exceptional service to our guests!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome all new guests with a complimentary and detailed consultation to ensure that we provide the service and styling they want. We also offer new guests $10 off a first visit and $20 off a second visit for all services of $50 or more. Discounts include 10% off any same brand purchase of two or more products, referall rewards and monthly special offers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We invest heavily in our stylists education. Every team member receives a quarterly allowance to maintain their styling techniques.
