What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to know actually what you need then what you want. We stay in close contact just in case of changes. We'll ink contracts and waivers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have had our own dj services and we have worked at radio stations such as WTLA FM, WJMM FM just to name a few.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Typically it's $500 for a flat four hour set. Lights smoke machine ect .. is extra and that is from $75-$150. We keep it simple as possible.

How did you get started in this business?

We got started as house parties, and club dj's, owning record pools and being part of hip hop groups also R&B bands.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Wow, to many to individuals to name, but here's a few. Zapp & Roger, Midnight Star, Christopher "Play" Martin. Major events in the city all the way to Virginia.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We provided entertainment for a 50 year class reunion. It was the best outting in my opinion we ever done. Let me say this. They were more hip than we thought, lol.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Depending on your over all needs. I would contact the outfit and get some clue of their personality, how they communicate, and their manorialism. You can usually tell by an one on one conversation.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

The 5 W's, who, what, when, where, and why.
