What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a consultation to determine the number of guests, meats, and sides the client wants. Then, we price everything out send that information to the client via either email, text or phone call the once a 10% deposit is paid their date and time of choice is secured.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have close to 20 years of culinary experience 8n many areas of food service.
