Hello everyone, I am Chef Darian Lance.

I've been in the industry for over 25 years . Most of my experience is in fine dining and catering. I've opened a plethora of restaurants here in New Orleans and abroad. Most of my career was with Emerils New Orleans. I've received Michelin recognition as Executive Chef with Willie Mae's Nola . Other restaurants includes Thai Nola, Rebirth and Galliano's to name a few . Im excited and looking forward to bringing the highest quality cuisine and service.
