I have been working in Restaurants, Hotels, Clubs & resorts since 1967. I surroud myself with professionals who must maintain the highest work ethic and pride levels. Being respectful and courteous.
I was voted Best Chef by my peers in 2015, for the ACF Chapter of New Orleans. In 2017, I won the Southeast Regional Girl Scout Cookie Competetion in the dessert category.
