Hello everyone! I’m a Cordon Bleu trained Chef from Paris with 10 years of experience as a sous chef for a Celebrity Chef and James Beard award winner. I cook with bright flavors inspired by Thai/asian cuisine using French techniques and focus on delicious healthy cuisine. I can make all the classic American dishes as well and my specialty is Pasta. I’m also an expert in gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan as well as anti-inflammatory and healthy cuisine. Most of my ingredients are organic and locally sourced.
I have experience working in restaurants around the world as well as private events/catering and personal chef. I can also add wine pairing, cocktails and beverages to your meals. I’d love to cook for you and your family/friends and create flavorful dining experiences that are unforgettable!
