Savage Shenise Tattoo Artist
About
Hello,
My name is Shenise. But, in the tattoo world I go by Savage Shenise. I am a newer tattoo artist in the Boston area. I love to tattoo a variety of styles but have been leaning toward black and grey dotwork/stippling designs that are more nature based.
I apprenticed under my husband who is an award winning artist for six years. I am licensed and currently work at Ferry Street Ink in Everett, MA and guest spot at Holistic Ink in Dorchester, MA. My instagram is the best way to reach me @savageshenise or you can feel free to email me at [email protected]
Feel free to contact me through this forum as well! When inquiring about a tattoo please include a description, exact size and location you would like the tattoo and any and all reference images!
Thanks so much and I hope to meet you soon!
-Shenise

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would schedule a consultation with my client in regards to the tattoo they are looking to get. In that time we would talk about placement and size of the tattoo and go over whatever reference images they have. I am a custom tattoo artist so I like to redraw every design and make it one of a kind!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the tattoo industry for 10 years. My husband trained me and I apprenticed under him for the past six years. Before that I was a receptionist at one of the largest Boston tattoo studios. I previously apprenticed at Holistic Ink in Dorchester and still guest spot there from time to time. But, my home base is now Ferry Street Ink.
I am certified in Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR, FIRST AID, I have my skin course and also an anatomy and physiology certificate. I am licensed in Everett and Boston.
