What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a phone call to discuss the event and get details. Then a contract is emailed and more details are filled in far as needs and such. Once the contract is signed and a deposit made, a time and date are set up to meet the customer or customers in person to go over everything and be sure it is a good fit. Our goal is for everyone to have a fun time!
How did you get started in this business?
Always been a lover of music and so I had a wide array of music and began playing for local friends and family. I had bought some equipment to inhance the music and it took off from there. DJ partner and I met when both were doing Dj work and got to talking and became partners in entertainment. It has taken off from word of mouth and many satisfied customers, many whom we still have a connection with.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have done everything from yardsales to divorce parties. We have been doing weddings and private parties most recently.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Meet with them in person to see if you are going to have a good working relationship and chemistry for a good time. It is best to get to know someone beyond an email or phone exchange whenever possible to ensure a fun filled event.
