My passion for cutting hair started as a teenager and has blossomed into a multi-faceted business. I am not only a licensed barber but also an expert in the art of hair coloring. I graduated from Avaras Academy of Hair in 2014 and started Razors Edge Barbershop in February of 2015. I carefully selected a group of barbers and Natural Hair stylist to ensure that our customers would get the best of the best in order to provide the latest styles and techniques to satisfy our very diverse clientelle. We are more than just a barbershop in that we also offer services to the entire family. We offer natural hair services to include Braids, Extensions, Box Braids, Interlock weaving, Two strand Twists, Hair Loc'ing/Loc Maintenance, Crochet Braids and much more. We also provide traditional hair care services such as Shampoo and Conditioners, Hot Oil Treatments and more. We offer Sunday hours as well. We provide free parking and a cozy atmosphere, free WI-FI, televisions and music for your entertainment. We do accept walk-in clients as well as online booking for your convenience.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new customers are first given a consultation on their needs and wants. The information given to us during the initial consultation is used to ensure that each customer leaves the shop with exatly what they expect from us.

I obtain my professional barbers license from Avaras Beauty Academy.

How did you get started in this business?
My father recognized my love for cutting and styling hair and gave me the initial investment I needed to open Razors Edge Barbershop.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a very diverse mixture of clients. We are proficient in all textures and types of hair. If you have hair we can cut and style it. If you don't have hair we can give take care of that with our staff of natural hair stylists.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We were recently voted as one of the top 10 barbershops in the Baltimore area.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look at their work and ask questions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask themselves what are they looking to achieve and make sure the stylist can deliver that service before sitting in their chair.
