Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have consultations before servicing our clients, this helps us provide the best service to our ability by addressing your wants, needs, and concerns ahead of time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cosmetology license, tattoo license, mink lash extensions certification, microblading certification, body contouring certification.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, we have a price menu that's already set, some services are al a carte.
How did you get started in this business?
Being in the beauty industry was something that happened naturally. My mother was and still is a hairstylist. As a child I was always in the salon so I guess you can say it just rubbed off on me. Lol My mother never actually taught me, or showed me how to do anything, I just could, it was natural. As I grew older I took a liking to all aspects of the beauty industry so I expanded to learn new things, besides hair care and hair styling.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types, literally. My clientele ranges and I love it because I get to show my creativity. My salon services all types of women from high school, college students, and mature professionals.
What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?
Do your research and make sure that person knows how to do what they advertise. It's always best to go with a experienced and well educated salon/stylist.
What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?
Exactly What is that they want. Although, sometimes they have no idea and that's where we have to become creative. So it's ok if they don't but it helps when they do lol
