As the years went on I’ve grown the vast knowledge for the culinary art. I move to New York and began a strong career working at the finest three of four Michelin star restaurants learning 13 different international cuisines. I began building and consulting restaurants. Then becoming private chefs to the world’s elite and celebrities, working in recording studios to Lofts and yachts. Today I serve as a private chef and restaurant consultant giving cooking classes in creating recipes inventing new dishes and we establishing old one.
