What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to do a consultation so I can assess the hair and get general information about the client and her daily regime. I also thinks it’s important when the client can assess me and get a feel for my personality, perhaps it’ll make her much more comfortable and relaxed while being pampered.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Research to see if that stylist has reviews and/or photos of hairstyles you’d like for yourself.
