DBS Sound Entertainment started over 50 years ago at a small record store in north minneapolis.

My mother Marcella and uncle Marvin Scroggins worked effortlessly to maintain the store, promote community events and bring artists such as Kooling The Gang, The Commodors, Parliament, Evelyn Champagne King and the likes to the Civic Center and the surrounding auditoriums of Minnesota.M&M Music worked with affiliates like KMOJ, Martin Luther King center and other surrounding community organizations in minneapolis and saint paul from 1978 to 1985.

When the door is finally closed, DBS Sound Entertainment was born out of a necessity to fill a void in the community and provide essential mobile musical services to the surrounding community.
