What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new client, there will be a sign in form to sign as i do with all of my clients. Which consists of your name, phone number and email. With that information it will be very helpful for me to contact you with up and coming deals and new services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As of now I do attend cosmetology school. Over the years my skills have been self taught.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Hair Extensions has a $50 hourly rate.
Natural hair has a $25 hourly rate.
How did you get started in this business?
I'm always doing my hair in the cute new braid styles. Ive always got compliments on my hair and questions on if I take clients. My answer was always no and the a sad look on there face appears. Ive always felt bad, so im giving a try on blessing my skills so my lovely Queens.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Ive worked with clients that are male and female, with all different races from Black, White, Asia ect.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently did some Knotless Boxbraids on my sister for the first time. As im doing her hair, im getting excited because it looked really great. She loved the end result and everyone that was around her love her hair as well. It gave me a fuzzy feeling inside that i loved and i would love to keep feeling that.
