Helloooo beautiful people! My name is Brent. I am currently a working Chef at a prominent country club in St. Louis County. I ran a small catering company before Covid, while still fulfilling employment for the club. Now I would like to be in a position to do smaller parties and events. My favorite aspect about the culinary arts is collaboration. Coming together as a team to form an idea or concept for a meal or event, and seeing it succeed is more rewarding than anything.
I would consider myself a product driven Chef. Choosing and working with the best, most fresh products is the basis for success in any kitchen. I've been a Chef for 17 years and still consider myself a student, even though I've also been an instructor. I am very accustomed to teaching while cooking. There is no better way to learn. I am fluent in cuisines from all over the world. Spontaneity, variety, and diversity are my strongest qualities with abit of gift for grab.
