Hello my name is Ton'yelle, Personal Chef and Owner of Frazier's Snack Shop. I have been an enthusiastic worker in the Hospitality Industry for over 30 years. I am a dependable self starter dedicated to achieving high quality results. I have experience in a vast array of establishments from Fast Food, Fine Dining, Hotels, Casino's, Senior Living Facilities, Hospitals, Non for Profit Summer Camp, Food Pantries, Soup Kitchens, Main Bulk Production, Purchasing and have even been your neighborhood friendly Mailman! My career had lead me to work as Food Service Director, Supervisor, Manager, Line Cook, Steward, Pantry/ Grill/ Expeditor/Dessert Cook, Hostess and what ever else was needed. I have my Associates in Hotel & Hospitality Management are ServSafe Certified and truly love my life long career. Within all of my training, schooling and just plain ol' life lessons I have an appreciation for every aspect of this Culinary journey.
