What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always consult thoroughly before any service. I want to make sure I am on the same page with the client before starting. At this point if any questions or concerns on either side can be talked about. I will express any steps to care for at home so they can achieve the desired look easily. My goal is to have my clients happy and smiling when they leave and wanting their friends to come join in on the fun!
