I like to provide incredible service and take care on everything thing I do. To me, there is nothing more satisfying then seeing someone smile and enjoy the food you put out for them. I would like to say I'm a hard worker, great leadership skills and won't ask anyone to do things I'm not willing to do myself. I believe I do an excellent job because I have pride, passion and commitment in cooking and won't send out food if it's not presentable. We all eat with our eyes first, so if it doesn't look good why eat it. Perception is key! I have a saying I've also told others.
