What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to first have a consultation with the client to get an understanding of their desires. Then I make sure of the day and time clients would like to come in and lastly I have clients to send $20 by cash app as a reservation fee to set their appoint which goes toward their services if they show. If a client doesn’t show then that fee stays with the salon.
