How did you get started in this business?
After working for another comapny and gained my passion for cooking and events. Years later I started booking my own small events and started getting my name out there and have been offered more events both big and small.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Seek out someone who will listen to what you are looking for. Try to set a budget and keep in contact with your planner/Coordinator
