What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a thorough consultation before we begin any services so that we can ensure we stay within your budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend hair shows, host classes on a regular basis and freelance work at corporations health and wellness awareness. We have traveled as far as Las Vegas to be on set for a weddings and photo shots.

All of our prices are "starting at". All fees are discussed abd documented before any services are render to ensure we stay within your budget.
How did you get started in this business?
My mother is retired from the Air Force and is also suffering from alopecia. I started doing her hair at 14 to help disguise her hair loss. Soon after I discovered my own alopecia and hair loss which catapult my hunger for knowledge in the hair industry as a whole.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our clientele base is mixed demographic ranging from young children from age 5 to elderly people. We are experienced in every texture of hair from straight to extremely curly.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
We encourage clients to be open with EVERY chemical that has been used in their hair. ie..color, bleach, box color, relaxer, keratin ect. Please know what products & cleansers they use. And RELAX while you are primped and pampered
