What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I do Free consultations for new clients. Feel free to call and schedule one today. The first appointment would be all about the clients needs, wants as well as fears. We all have fears with a new stylist. I am here to calm them. We will go over the new cut and or color service until the client is confident to move forward. We look at images of color and cuts to make sure we are on the same page with all of the procedures for outcome. I will walk you through how to style your new cut and care for your new color.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 20 years of experience in color, body waxing and percision cuts. I am certified in Corrective hair coloring for over 15 yrs. I have extensive education in the care of your hair. I have worked with the public and clients for well over three decades. I also have a Bachelor of Business Management Degree. I love continuing education, It helps keep me in the loop with new styles and color placement.

How did you get started in this business?

I have always enjoyed working with hair, especially meeting new people.


What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many different types of hair clients over the years. Some who know what they want. While others, just let me have artistic freedom and allow me to;  look at them and tell them what my years of experience say is right for them. I enjoy my clients and have made many wonderful friends over the years.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

When looking, always remember to take advantage of consultations before setting an appointment. It can help take the fear of the unkown away from the client. Never be afraid to ask questions so that you feel your potential new stylist is a good fit.


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

As a client, make sure you ask questions like: Do I need a new stylist? Has my stylist stopped asking if I want a change? Am I bored with my same old look? Am I ready to look my best and take a chance at a new stylist? COME ON! Make a change! You may be new to the area or just looking for something different. Just ask yourself: " Could I use a change?, and gain a new Stylist, and Friend who is probably (too honest and very outspoken)  who will give me a great new and on trend style ?" New Year, New You!
