Hello, my name is Rayshawn Wooten iv worked in the restaurant industry For about 15 years I’ve managed and worked at some of the top restaurants in Greensboro. Well also opening some diners. for example, of where that P.F. Chang’s, Ruth Chris, Proximity, etc. I have a great deal of experience managing kitchen staff. I would describe my style as being casual, inspirational, and detail-oriented. I strive to hire the right people, make sure they have the right skills, give them the resources to do their job and be there to support them when needed. I then let them do their job with as little oversight as possible. This allows me to focus on the menu and create amazing dishes.” But with all my experience, I’ve learned so many different cuisines from Asian cuisine to Greek, African, and American foods. I would be a great in-house personal Chef. Also, I’m educated and dietary needs. Allergenic certified ServSafe certified Alcohol certified, In half an associate degree in culinary arts. I’m self-taught in molecular gastrology and can cook and plan an Event for any occasion.
