Chef Shakira's experience grew from in home lesson by her grandmother, to working side by side world renowned chefs from the US, France and Italy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we focus on the needs of the new customer.
Meal prep: Weight loss &weight gain.
Catering: Guest Count, event size, menu/cuisine of choice and overall goal and our purpose for the customer.
Lastly we take it a step further. We ask if the host, guest or anyone attending has dietary descrictions or allergies to ensure a pleasurable dinning experience for all.
