My name is Laurence Bouchereau, and I am the proud founder of Amédée Catering, named in loving memory of my late father, whose strength and legacy continue to inspire me every day. I am a Haitian-American chef with a deep passion for food, culture, and creating unforgettable dining experiences.
My love for cooking began in my teenage years, experimenting in the kitchen with traditional Haitian recipes and reimagining them with global flavors. Over the past decade, this passion has evolved into a unique culinary journey, blending bold Caribbean spices with influences from around the world—what I call fusion cuisine with soul.
A few years ago, I took a leap of faith and began sharing my creations with the world. Since then, I’ve been blessed to cater events both intimate and grand, from cozy gatherings of 10 to vibrant celebrations with over 400 guests. No matter the size, my goal is always the same: to make you and your guests fall in love with every bite.
