What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask a potential customer to describe exactly what they're looking for. Then I ask what about any allergies and I ask them about their skin type (dry,oily, combination,etc). Then if they decide to proceed with booking I like to discuss details about the appointment. Things such as location, date/time, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Nina Mua makeup school and received a makeup certification. I have been freelancing since 2017
