What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we do a consultation just so I can figure out the type of hair you have see if you have any allergies get a feel of exactly what my customer wants and how to treat my clients hair then after we Both agree on a style that's perfectly fit for you we start the wash service and move foward from there
