We received interest and/or request from the client and then we set up a moment to discuss requirements. Once received we'll propose options for your event, incentive trip, meeting, etc...

B.S. - Hotel Restaurant Manageent and my team also has certifications as: CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) and DMCP (Destination Management Certified Professional).
