After Hours Chef
About
I'm a culinary enthusiast that recently decided to get my culinary degree through Esscofier School of Culinary Arts I have a variety of dishes that you'll love and am always willing to take requests for new ideas. I'll even attempt it before I put it in front of you. My entire family refers to me as a chef, though I refuse to take that title as I've not formally earned it. I'd be happy to cook for your occasion. If you're into BBQ, know I'm from the Midwest and could provide a Missouri BBQ experience for larger crowds.
There is nothing more satisfying to someone who loves cooking to hear compliments and see facial expressions of a job well done. I've taken some online courses in the last 4 years that have really enhanced my skills and flavors and would love to share them with you. This includes both of Gordon Ramsay's Masterclasses and the beginning of a culinary degree.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm new to this website, but have catered for as few as two and as many as 50. My first opportunity to serve you will be below your minimum budget as I wish to build this into a more regular business in time, and obtain regular customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal education. I spend a lot of time trying new things and learning online. I have paid for both of Chef Gordon Ramsay's master classes and must boast that I've mastered many of his recipes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do not. Everything is catered to your personal menu requests.
