Monica is extremely professional when it comes to her craft of cooking as a chef. She shops and cooks for my family weekly. The meals are planned ahead of time and the quality of food is absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. By Monica taking over our meal preparation each and every week, it is more cost-effective to have her cook for us than it is for me take the time to shop and prepare our meals. I highly recommend Chef Chardae for your next event or dinner party. She worked with me to host a special Birthday party for my wife (15-25 guest) and we were absolutely delighted with her and the delicious food she prepared for us. She was professional, worked with me on dietary restrictions some guest had. Her multi-course meal items tasted amazing and were beautifully presented . When we finally emerged from the dining room, the kitchen was completely clean and the leftovers were packed away in the fridge.
