I highly recommend Chef Chardae for your next event or dinner party. She worked with me to host a special Birthday party for my wife (15-25 guest) and we were absolutely delighted with her and the delicious food she prepared for us. She was professional, worked with me on dietary restrictions some guest had. Her multi-course meal items tasted amazing and were beautifully presented . When we finally emerged from the dining room, the kitchen was completely clean and the leftovers were packed away in the fridge.
