All sorts of customers.

I just recently bought my first home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Take your time and think about it, always shop around, be patient and then decide.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I always like to use the 80/20 rule, if this garment is part of the 80 percent of the attire that is never used, then chances are that this garment will remain in the 80 percentile. Alter the favorite 20 percent of your garments.
