About
Mob City Tattoos originated in Las Vegas, Nevada before opening its second location in Reno, Nevada. Mob City pays homage to the states rich history with the Mob thru Art. We specialize in tattooing and welcome each and every experience hoping to make it more than memorable.
Tattooing, is more than a job or livelihood, it's more than drawing on a persons skin. Tattooing is about bringing an idea or something personal to life that lasts a lifetime. It's an opportunity to give someone a memory that they can look back on 10-20-30 years from now and tell a happy story about their tattoo!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to booking your appointment. One of our artists will discuss your desired tattoo whether it be an original custom or a print out. Well go over capabilities to assure satisfaction. Then we'll discuss pricing and availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All artists are legal and licensed artists with over 5 years plus experience unless specifically noted they are an apprentice.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No price is the same. All prices vary depending on difficulty of the piece (color, type of shading, a lot of detail, etc) and the amount of time it will take to get it done. Deposits required to book an appointment.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Some of our artists have traveled here to Reno from Las Vegas and have worked on celebrities in Las Vegas in hopes of bringing that same culutre to Reno.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are very excited to begin leaving a mark on Reno's tattoo scene. The Reno and northern Nevada area has shown tremendous love for the tattoo industry and the city offers a rich art culture.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure you have a good vibe with your artist. As talented as most artists are there's things you cannot teach an artist. If you don't have chemistry the tattoo would be more of a job instead of an art project. Pricing, skill, and availabilities all have a big part to play so make sure you know your artist or have good reviews prior to taking on a big project with them.
