Hi, my name is Michelle, I am a Jamaican born descendant and I migrate it to America in 1992. I always had a love and passion for the culinary arts and I took my culture and infuse it with American southern cuisine. In doing so I started my own two companies the big sister company being Jamaican Cuisine on the Go, and the sister company being Southern Delights.
