What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My processes for working with my clients are very easy and transparent. I listen to my client needs and provide suggestions on what services that would work best for them. This is one my ways that helps me guarantee that they won't pay for something that they don't need or want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified audio engineer and have been djaying for 10 plus years. I have done private events to corporate to festival events and with those experiences and settings I have hone in on my djaying skills to surpass all expectations from my clientele.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My standard pricing is $250 an hour. I also do custom pricing as well depending on the customers need.
How did you get started in this business?
I've started in this business when I was 19 years old. I had a couple of friends that were Djs and I would always help them out and come up with creative solutions that would help elevate what they were doing. One day I decided that this is something that I can do since I already basically do it and 10 + years later I am still here.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide range of customers. I have done private events such as baby showers to weddings, BBQs to festival like settings etc...
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One event that I am really fond of is called Fine Wine Series. It is an event catered to millennials and the whole event is just a great look and time. I am currently their residential DJ and whenever I play it's always a good, fun and singing time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
For anyone hiring a pro I would advise them to ask as many questions as possible. And if you're comfortable with someone just allow them to guide you through the process.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I think every customer should have a realistic conversation about what they can afford before talking to a pro. Because once you have that number it becomes much easier for a pro to navigate you towards the proper thing for them.
