At Continental Fusion I use the finest herbs and spices that are traditionally used in Caribbean, Asian, American and Spanish Cuisines. The Chef/Owner has an extensive culinary career in the New York City and Long Island areas. He is also a graduate of one of the nation's leading culinary institutions here in the great state of New York. With a Caribbean Jamaican) background, formal culinary training and has worked for some of the finest restaurants in Manhattan and Long Island. I have managed to diversify my culinary portfolio immensely. Come hungry my friends!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This one particular even that I did for a couple not too long ago. The event took place at the Brooklyn Bank. The event planner, the DJ and the space itself made me the underdog. By the end of the night, the food paring with my personality garnered huge rave and job proposals.
