I have years of experience in NYC restaurants after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America. I love working with clients and putting together delicious menus for them that are thoughtful and well-executed. I enjoy working closely with my clients in their homes so that they can enjoy hosting and their guests and food, while I work to make the event seamless for them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to have some correspondence with the client. Whether we email or over chat on the phone, I want to get to know the client and know exactly what they are looking for and hoping for. I then present menu ideas and a formal proposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America and a Latin Cuisine Certification from the CIA's campus in Texas.

I usually do a per head rate or a flat rate if the client does not know how many guests they will have. For meal prep service I charge a flat rate depending on the size of household.
