I love working with clients and putting together delicious menus for them that are thoughtful and well-executed.     I love to have some correspondence with the client. Whether that me email or over the phone I want to get to know the client and know exactly what they are looking for and hoping for. I then present menu ideas and a formal proposal. 

    I have a Bachelors in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America and a Latin Cuisine Certification from the CIA's campus in Texas. 

    I usually do a per head rate or a flat rate if the client does not know how many guests they will have. For meal prep service I charge a flat rate depending on the size of household.
