The person (I think it was spencer but Im not sure) who let me in sat me down in the waiting area and said to fill out paperwork. They said my piercer would be with me shortly. 45 minutes passed and nobody came or asked. Many staff members were passing through so I thought they were aware that I was there. I finally went upstairs and enquired at which point they told me they had no idea I was there. After I told them how long I had been waiting, nobody apologized or did anything to make it better and just made excuses. Red, who pierced my ears did a good job and seemed chill. I felt the aftercare document could have something about how long to not remove the piercing though Red did explain this verbally. I did feel that asking for review with no apology after what had happened seemed pretty tone deaf.

I am no longer a tattoo virgin. Saturday came with my sister for my first tattoo done by Tony and I have no regrets. I took advantage of one of their sales with a quick modification to sunflowers instead of the design displayed and the change was not an issue with him. From the moment we had a consultation before going under the needle I knew this was a perfect match. His professionalism is like no other, I told him this was my first tattoo and his reassurance and confidence definitely diminished any nervousness and concerns I may have had before then. I have to say, my first tattoo on my upper back was really not as bad as I thought it would have been. Tony said I was rock solid and his design was absolutely beautiful. Prior to marking his territory, he asks several questions on how I would want to showcase my tattoo so that itll complement my style. Hes very orientated on satisfying the clients needs. The hour that he spent literally flew by, great conversation, and the occasional duet to singing songs was the best first experience of getting a tattoo. I will definitely be back for another one and will definitely request Tony again. Thank you so much again!

Thank you Spencer for such a kind piercing experience!!! I got my nose pierced here a couple months ago on a flash day, and then came in today to get my nose ring switched out. I get very squeamish around noses (I dont know why I brilliantly decided to pierce the body part that grosses me out the most) and got very vasovagal/dizzy. I was not feeling well at all. Spencer was so kind and understanding! He got me a lot of water and opened the door so I could get fresh air, and then helped me out of the store. He is the nicest piercer Ive ever worked with! I then called the shop later because I had blacked out and forgotten everything he told me to do with regards to the piercing, and he was super nice and really helpful. Thank you!!! Will definitely come back here for all of my future piercings.

Amazing people, super clean, and amazing artwork! I went during one of their flash tattoo sales with some friends and we were all blown away by the ambiance, kind artists, and how great our tattoos came out!

This is one of my favorite tattoo shops in the city. Clean, experienced and welcoming from my first tattoo with them to my sixth they have always taken care of me! They have an awesome selection of flash tattoos and experienced artists that can help make an idea for a tattoo a reality. I highly recommend this place. Just dont be a dick!

Absolutely LOVE my tattoo. It was painful but fast and the artist was very friendly!

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I made an appointment for 8:30 and I understand sometimes there could still be a wait plus there was a flash event going on as well but I had to wait 30-40 minutes outside in the cold to just go in! And then I waited around 5 more min inside after. I dont know, I feel like they kind of overbooked. I just felt bad because my friend had to wait for me.

Other than the wait, the experience was great. I mean it was a flash event, so the prices were amazing. Signing was done electronically and contact was reduced as much as possible! They also use newly packaged equipment for each person.
