What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally initially communicate via email or text. At this point I would provide a phone number so that we could speak. Subsequent to this, my preference is to have a face-to-face meeting to discuss specifcs and terms of the enagement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an advanced degree in music theory and have been performing for decadfes as a professional entertainer and recording artist. All of many bandmates have similar credentials.
