Hi! Ive been in this crazy industry for over 20 years professionally, but was also born an raised in it! I went to college to be a marine biologist and i had to work to pay my bills, so i started waitressing. Thus became the start of my ‘unknown’ career (: I was blessed to have raised 2 kids at home, an once they started school, i went back to what i knew; the food industry. Ive worked for corporate, franchisees, and family owned. I have experience in catering, worked for a friend, and also Eat Well, cincinnati. Was part of the opening team at Tela’s in Wyoming, Bilog before that. I even spent time at a high end day care downtown owned by Proctor & Gamble. Im now At Wiedemanns Brewery in St. Bernard. I have thought so much about private chef work but didn’t really know if the calling for one was in Cincinnati. So im putting my toes in the water, and seeing what i might find (: Im pretty quiet, focused, and just love simple fresh foods (: i cook from scratch and love everything seasonal and vibrant and special.
