What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are an entertainment company that focuses on the client not us. The event is a representation of the client and should be exactly what they envisioned. We meet with the client and find out what they are looking for from the entertainment perspective.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are training everyday as new trends and music come out every week. I have been a Dj for over 20 years completing over 100 weddings a year and at least 100 Corporate and school functions.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always loved music. It speaks to your soul. When I was young I used to tape the Wolfman Jack radio show except I was the Wolfman right down to the Howl!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Thousands of Brides and grooms, Cincinnati Reds, P&G, GE, and the Cincinnati Bengals to name a few.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I do a Daylight Prom for the Warren County MMRD. It is a Prom for Kids with special needs. Proves to me that music really does move your soul and controls your emotions. I have also worked with Ohio Pediatric Heart Foundation. Kids should always be smiling.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Many people say you get what you pay for. In most cases that is true. A true professional will always keep it professional from start to finish no matter what their price is. Also keep in mind a low cost Dj doesn't carry insurance or keep his equipment up to date. Anyone can buy a $50 pair of speakers and use spotify to entertain, but is it the professional look you want your guest to see?
