What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer a (ncc) New client consultation is required. This allows the client and I to meet each other amd discuss what they want from their hair journey.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed natural hairstylist, Hair Extension specialist and I am continuing my education to become a licensed cosmetologist/instructor.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My prices vary depending on service, there is a non refundable deposit due at booking that is applied to the clients balance.
How did you get started in this business?
Hair and beauty has always apart of my life since a young child. Juellz Designz was started because of the experience i had with being on the other side as a customer. I had to become the hairstylist i wanted to see from others, someone willing to teach clients/customers how to care for their hair, knowledgeable about products, dependable, kind,caring and a passion for making others feel good about themselves and a passion for the line of work being done.

I have worked with a multitude of individuals and alll hair types and textures.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When looking for a stylist like myself, make sure you as a customer/clients ask all the questions you need to have a clear understanding. If referred to a booking site or website make sure to ready the policy throughly and ask questions if you are unsure.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Will i be consistant, Will i take the advice the stylist gives me.
Am i able to commit to the stylist.
