I'm a Private Chef and Wine Educator who has been in the Food and Hospitality business for 24 years, and focused on Food and Holistic Health for 12 years.

I provide 1) Private Chef Dinners, 2) Catering, 3) & Healthy Home Meal Plans.

My style is unique in that I blend fine dining meets farm-to-table, mostly over live-fire bbq vibes. I strive to use local ingredients including from my personal garden, with an emphasis on my relationships with farmers and PNW food purveyors.
