What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I love to provide quotes with no pressure or expectations so that the individuals can make a true decision about who they truly like and feel comfortable with. Once they decide they want to proceed with us I usually request an in person meeting so that we all get a chance to make sure that my knowledge and experience fits their needs. At that point I have the client sign a contract and pay a deposit. At that point they are officially locked in to our schedule and we provide them tools for their planning and support them all the way through until the wedding day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have owned this company since 1996. I have worked with and for several other companies. Since 1998 I started attending the DJ conference in Las Vegas every year to learn the new and latest trends as well as how to handle things that may go awry or simply not as planned. That has made me one of the top DJ's in the entire NW. I have represented big companies and have been the official DJ for Jam'n and Z100 in Portland, along with KUBE, Kiss, STAR and Power in Seattle.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

For weddings we are $1200 for 5hours and $100 for each additional hour. We also own a photo booth and that is $600 for 2hrs and $800 for 4hours with a full time attendant, unlimited prints, unlimited social media, a plethora of amazing and fun props as well as customized photo strips with your wedding date and names or company logo and info.
