I have been cooking since I was a child. I come from a large Italian family so cooking was a huge part of growing up. I have a lot of recipes passed down from generations. I started my career in the service industry as I knew that was my main passion in life. In 2018. I began my business. It started as small events, then grew to food vending large festivals and now I do all different sized events all around. My speciality is flavors. I love creating Sauces and playing with cooking processes to create balance & flavor in every bite. My best cuisine would have to be italian although I have grown very fond of cooking Latin american & hawaiin type cuisines with delicious slow cooked meats and fresh ingredients.
